In a Real Estate Transaction, one of the areas Real Estate Lawyers are involved with is to protect clients’ rights regarding to the accepted offer to purchase.
Before signing an offer to purchase, your Realtor® makes sure to explain all facts, terms, and conditions of the offer.
In response to a buyer’s offer to purchase, seller may accept the offer, reject the offer, or counter the offer.
A counter offer cannot get a counter.
