Waverly West Neighborhood

Waverly West neighborhood is the area, west to mature neighborhood of Waverly
Heights and Richmond West. Bridgwater neighborhoods are the northern part and
South Point is the southern part of this neighborhood.
South Point development started in early 2000 and Bridgwater in 2009. It makes
Waverley West the youngest neighborhood in Winnipeg South.
Bridgwater with many kilometers of scenic trails, unique shopping center, iconic religious building and more, is one of modern features of city of Winnipeg.
Variety of residential buildings in this neighborhood is spectacular. Mixture of rental
multifamily, condominiums, and houses attracts many residents to Winnipeg South.
Bridgwater neighborhoods history starts with development of Bridgwater Forest in 2009, continues with Bridgwater Lake, Bridgwater center, Bridgwater trails, and continues with the southern part of this neighborhood, Bison Run.

South Point School is the first school stablished in new developed neighbourhood of
Waverly West. Residents of South Point have the benefit of comfort and affordability.
Bridgwater and South Point located at the same area have different styles when it

Bishop Grandin Boulevard is the northern border for Waverly West neighborhood.
Kenaston Boulevard runs through Bridgwater is the western border for South Point.
Winnipeg Premier HWY. separates Waverly West from historical neighborhood of St.Norbert.
Through the year of 2022, Waverly West had 261 resale residential transactions, with the average price of close to $ 558,000.
The highest price was close to $ 710,000 and the lowest was $ 420,000.
